No Mycept. No joke. What is it. Caught hundreds of trout out of this body of water. Never caught a green trout with so few spots before. I've caught plenty of browns and this wasn't a brown. Sorry O'bass, definately not a largemouth. I'm not an idiot, it was definately a salmonoid(salmon/trout) but not one I've seen before in this body of water. Any other ideas?

Going by this identification info I am going with Brown trout due to the lower jaw extending past the eye and it is tough to see but looks like the adipose fin is spotted as well. I have caught plenty of stocked browns that look very similar to this. While I do agree this fish does look a little on the green side.
There is a reason they call it fishing and not catching!
