OK - better late than never, but I couldn't commit earlier due to unknown work schedule.
Venison Sausage and Pasta Medley
I've made this twice recently working off two different receipes and I'm going to combine the parts I like from both and then move on from there.
Venison Italian sausage, garlic, onions, olive oil, peppers, spinach, sundried tomatoes, olives and white beans in a white wine/chicken stock thickened base over penne pasta
Got started at 6 this morning with the smoker And seven 6 hours later this is what we had While those were cooling off I threw some fillets that a friend had given me from his trip to Alaska .
