Jon, I decided to change my dish (I hope the sky will not fall!). I'd like to bring something different this year.

There are a bunch of chowders, so I"m bringing:

Long Island Sound Fluke Stuffed Mushrooms

Dave, Good Question...

All utensils are furnished, plates, bowls,utensils, napkins etc.......just bring an appetite!

Bring a serving spoon/ladel etc... for your signature dishes, but I always bring spares of those too for peoplethat forget.

LOL, I just got done making 250 stuffed mushrooms, I didn't have fluke or haddock so I used 33 short largemouth bass smile1
