Well the plan was to have my 2 year-old female Golden fixed next month after finally deciding not to breed her. However, my 4 year-old male had other plans. Looks like we will be having new additions in the end of June. Just though I would put this out there. Anyone have a large 4' X 4' or larger whelping box they would be willing to loan out. I plan on going to Home Depot next week to get materials to build one, but thought if someone had one sitting around I would ask. Thanks.
A cheap plastic kids pool works great!!! No leaks and the little one's will stay in there till around 5 weeks. Easy to clean and wipe out after a mess. I borrowed one from a guy who does a lot of breeding and loved it. Best of luck. I do have one I made for after they hit 5 weeks you can have as well. Fence on top etc. come and get it if you like.
Thanks for the info. The pool idea seems to be the concensus no matter who I talk to. I guess unless you are going to continue breeding, then that will work just fine.
