Is it legal to duck hunt on the farmington river on land or from boat? Looking for some clerification

You can duck hunt along the farmington river along the pheasant hunting area in the MDC greenwoods area in pleasant valley.

St. Clair River. Port Huron, MI.

yes it is legal. But make sure your gun is unloaded within 500 feet of houses. Your good to go. I know alot of guys who float it when woodies are around then when there is ice. Good luck guys

The 500 foot rule applies as the Farmington is not tidal waters. If you are on private property you need permission from the property owner. If you are on a boat then you are good to go.
