The DEEP sent out an email that indicated which offices were out (all them listed as out except Hartford) and the list of town halls where they were handed out. It's a pretty popular thing so I would expect they would go quick. I know Glastonbury had a stack of them last week - because my wife went to purchase a fishing license and the lady asked her if she wanted 1 or 2.

It's not so much the sunrise bite that gets us out there; but the fact that once we have a wife and kids the only time we can actually get to the lake is at that ungodly hour!
