I will cook it at home and figure something out to preheat...im only 10 minutes away...i think i can make it and it will still be plenty hot for when i get there...thanks for the heads up Chris.
Jon, I had mentioned before "and something else", well that something else will be pheasant ravioli. Been making fresh pasta with my new pasta press and have been making all kinds of ravioli and have a recipe with pheasant. We did good on cage birds this year so time to make room in the freezer for something else.
