I have heard from numerous people that they are fishing @ Southford Falls, Wolfe Park and even Picketts pond/Osbournedale (which is not a trout park). They are saying that a Ranger checked people and told them that C&R is okay and they busted one person for keeping fish. Can anyone check this situation? According to the guide, closed is closed, not open for C&R. If there is a DEEP officer that is allowing this, I would like that person to read the guides and be informed of the actual law. I realize that it may not have been a DEEP and hope that this situation can be addressed. Thank you, Wayne Bunker.

I fish fresh and salt as well as crab.Streams,rivers,ponds,lakes,bays,oceans.I buy a license so I can keep when I am going to eat it and throw back when I am not.
