i noticed the trout were very small this year. smaller than normal for this state. i wonder if they could take some of our tax dollars and throw some feed in the tanks next time.i caught 4 trout the other day and one was 12". wow, seriously.i'm not slamming the DEP, i know they do their best with what they have. they definitely aren't getting any of our tax dollars.

I couldn't agree with you more, with the exception of the broodstock fish, these cookie cutter stockers are becoming more and more undesirable and unimpressive in the recent years.
