i have never fished there but would like to. my whaler has a 70hp on it. is it ok run the boat in accordance with the mph limit before memorial day? i know what it says in the regs but it is a long way for me and i want to be sure. thank you

Yes you can use your 70hp now. After Memorial Day if you have a trolling motor or small kicker, just raise the big motor and either remove the prop or bag it and you can fish there.
