I bought my CT Resident License this winter for all waters and moved to Virginia in March. I will be coming back in two weeks to do some saltwater fishing with friends and was wondering if my SW license is still valid or do i have to buy a non resident SW license. Thanks in Advance.

I honestly don't know....nobody has ever asked me that before.
If you were legally a resident of Connecticut when you purchased the license then it was obtained legally. If you were a Virginia resident at the time you should not have purchased a CT resident license. My suggestion is that if you have some type of documentation of when you moved to Virginia that shows it was after the date you purchased the license you should be OK.
The other option is to call our License & Revenue people in Hartford. They may have run into this before and have some method of changing your resident license to a non-resident license.
