Murph Member Registered: 07/16/05 Posts: 3171 Loc: CT. Got a problem with that?	With the fed shutdown, is it now a free-for-all at 3 miles out? ... just because no one is looking doesn't mean you shouldn't do the right thing. If you chase two rabbits, you will not catch either one.

Wanna tell that to the NY DEM that I saw running around Montauk Point last week? FYI, all the local Conservation Officers are dually sworn in to enforce Federal laws also, I beleive!
