I just picked up my License and Guide. In the Seasons and Bag Limits there are areas highlited in red saying "Changes coming in 2014" Where can we find out when and if these changes become effective? I looked at the website and it's the same as the booklet. Especially the one's pertaining to Amer. Shad. Can shad still be kept from the Farmington R and is the closed date now gone? Thanks in advance
My favorite part of the guide is the dis-claimer saying not to use the guide, but refer to State Laws.
