last year i caught a trophy smallie on congamond, didnt think about it then. just got pics and weight and released.
my question is being that the lake is in 2 states. does it qualify as a CT trophy? it would be good to know in case by some miracle that ever happens again

Yes. A fish from boarder waters may be submitted for consideration to the Trophy Fish Award Program. Please review the information found on pages 12 & 13 in the 2014 Angler's Guide for additional information and let us know if you have any questions.
