Attached is this week’s report and a bonus video of Alewives spawning in Bride Lake. It’s short, stick with it. Toward the end of the clip you can clearly see fish swirling around and spawning. We think the run at Bride Brook is about over with most of the fish in the lake spawning now. Soon, they will be washing over the weir and heading back to sea. The trap is out but the fish counter is still in so we can try to count the later arrivals.
