Cromwell,designated trophy carp area ?nuisance fish,wreck native fish spawning areas.guessing the guys were of asian origin,they love carp to eat🙄

You couldn't get busted for using dynamite for trout in the no kill fly fishing only sections of the Farmington but they'll bust you for carp? Only in Connecticut.
