What a great day!
I’ll post more tomorrow, but I want thank everyone for such a fun day:
Mike: Thanks for having Silvia and I on your boat. It’s always a pleasure to fish with you. Very comfortable and fun. Amazing how Silvia does well on the blackfish with us! Thanks for putting her in the middle of her first bluefish blitz. She won’t forget it. I’ve only got one problem now. You’ve got her hooked on saltwater fishing, and I fish for little bass!
JMG: It was great to fish with you. Thanks for making it a fun day for both Silvia and I aboard the SS Zippy.
Don M. Vagabond: You did a great job organizing the tournament. Thanks very much. ($100 in from the entry fees when to the site)
Hector: Thanks for also helping with the tournament!
Tackleman: Thanks for doing the raffle. Thanks to everyone who donated prizes, and those who bought tickets.($540 went to the site).
Blaine: Thanks for helping get prizes for the raffle.
Mermaid: I think you had a hand creating in the raffle buckets. Nice job.

Kapt.: Thanks for doing the trophies. You’ve graciously done this out of your own pocket for every outing you attend. Congrats on getting one back!
MonCheri: Thanks for doing the nametags. The chicken was awesome. Silvia wants the recipe! Can you post it.
Bogey: Thanks for taking pics. Can you post or email one of the group shots. (I couldn’t access your gallery, and I’m still working on the ctfisherman gallery issue.)

Mitch always a pleasure to have you and Silvia aboard. I think pictures #18 and 19 are my favorites. I had a blast watching (and listening to) Silvia pull in those blues! All that screaming and squealing was too funny! I especially liked the look of amazement on her face at seeing all those blues all around ( and right up to) the boat. It is an incredible sight to see fish in a frenzy like that.
That shot of a deck full of blacks and blues is what made our trip all worthwhile. It would have been a fun trip regardless of if we caught anything but it is funny how coming back with a bunch will warm up a cold day.
Once again I must say that I am extremely grateful that you decided to do this site. Even if you had originally intended it to be a freshwater thing it has obviously become much more that that.The attendance at the events will tell everyone just how successful this has all become.
Thanks to both of you for joining my crew even if we didn't place very high this time.
