What about the Reg #'s? Was is just the trihull or was the camo hull there too?

So taking 1,000-1,500 a day per boat everyday can be considered personal use? I understand where the DEP is coming from b/c where's the proof. No proof = no ticket/arrest. At the same time, every other fisherman has to suffer the consequences. Just not fair.
