obviously not, theres a differene from poaching to what I had encountered. your compairing apples to oranges. if the circumstance comes to were these guys have to use their intelligence to make a judgement call on a particular situation, then so be it. as i had stated imo, i havent dealt with any decent officers of the dep besides officer Camejo. i am biased as having mainly bad encounters with a few.
