Ok I need an answer on legality of hunting with a .17HMR... I have been hunting with this round for years because DEEP officers have said it is legal.... now I'm hearing it is not from DEEP on another site! and only the .17HM2 is legal.... If that is so I am out a lot of money for my 2 guns!
And many hundreds orthousands of guys in this state are also!!!!!
