Someone needs to explain to me why it is ok to launch my bass boat, with a 115, the day before Memorial Day and the day after Labor Day, and stay under 15 MPH, and it's permissible.
If I launch after Memorial Day and before Labor Day, stay under 15 MPH, and it is not permitted?
I have been up there during the summer, and have seen boats with the large motors out on the water.
Lake residents think that the rules don't apply to them.
In the picture if that's what your referring to all I see is pontoon boats. As and owner of a 22 ft pontoon boat with a 40 HP mercury on the back I can tell you I can only get a max speed of 14 mph. That's not to say that their are lake residences don't have boats that will go above that but pontoons are for sure not known for their racy lines lol. On the flip side I see no problem with someone launching a bass boat as long as they follow the rules. That dude blocking the boat ramp is probably a tree hugging bitch who wants to keep his lake private in my opinion. To bad for him there is a state owned ramp lol.
