Any reason why the State Land Lottery Permits for 2012 are not available on your website? In the past you could always get them starting on Jan. 1. Thank you

You don't buy them until you are picked for the lottery.

I am aware of that, I'm just trying to fill out the application online. When you go to the permit section, all they have is 2011 apps.

Hi Capt, thank you for providing with the link. The only problem I have now, is that Conkaponset, which is usually area 10, is not listed there. All the number choices are listed except area 10 Thanks

Yes Area 10 is now no lottery.. not sure it's a great Idea but we shall see..

No lottery for area 10, I may just hold off on the lottery and buy the no lottery A season. Thanks again Capt.

They changed a bunch of lottery areas to no lottery, 10 is one of them. So, if you don't see the lottery area you are looking for check the No lottery A/B season list to see if the area you are interested in is there.

how is that going to work now?is it possible to buy both a and b season tags and is it possible to purchase tags for seperate state areas?i dont think this is going to be a good thing,anybody ever hunt state land in rhode island during shotgun season?it sucks!better stock up on full orange suits if you dont want to get shot!
