I call this “Take a Wok On The Wild Side”

Stir fried venison backstrap in a fresh ginger and garlic teriyaki glaze with mixed veggies and jasmine rice.

No fortune cookie but I’m too full anyways!

Did the glaze have encased sesame seeds, and then you added fresh toasted sesame seeds?

I LOVE Teriyaki and/or Korean BBQ with sesame seeds included.

Yes both.
I used Trader Joe’s Soyaki as the base and built it up from there.
