So just a heads up and would be interested to see the response. DEP stocked trout down the ramp of a certain marina in Brookfield around 9 days ago, you can look it up and I don't want to say the exact spot. I talked to the owner of the marina and he actually talked to the truck. He was even leery and questioned them dumping so many trout almost on shore and just in the open small shoreline. Well we had a huge thaw the last two days and I was there this AM and there are a ton of dead trout and the birds are having a feast!

Just stinks with all the talks of hatcheries closing and lack of future stockings that this happened. The same area is stocked every year without incident.
