People have been begging the state to try it for years...which is probably why you have gotten no feedback. Perhaps we skip the state and go for a smaller agency like the RWA. they have had great success with walleyes and bass at lake Saltonstall. If you were to tell them the amount of money they would make in new members it would more than cover the cost of stock and management. It could even turn a place like maltby lakes from the nicest looking toilet into a place worth fishing, and with the shoreline fishing and shorter season it should be a good fishery. At worst the muskie would clean out all the panfish and then they could stock real fish like trout walleye or bass Anyone can join the RWA so this way only the people who pay for it will be effected by it or get to use it. I don't know any member that wouldn't pay even double the current cost to be able to fish for walleye or muskie here in ct. Best of all if they use tigers there would be no permanent effects.
