I have been checked at Barts, Bissel and SO.Windsor boat launches in the past week.
See this is one of the problems. Instead of going to Barts and Bissel where not much of this activity is happening head over to the cove or the Hartford boat launch. Seems to me that they picking on the wrong people.

We managed to break a couple officers free from other areas and they got down to Charter Oak over the past couple of days. 7 arrests and 3 written warnings for a variety of violations including snagging alewives.
