Keith, Wallingfor Rod & Gun, definatly allows catch and release. We also inforce a rule that if you are going to fish catch and release you have to do so with a barbless hook so there is minimal handling of the fish, you also are not allowed to fish with shiners, corn, marshmallows or any other rediculous bait for contamination reasons. As far as the Dep crying poor that will never stop! But why try to take away a valuable source of income? I understand that they can take that money and make our trout fisheries better but that would not make them any money. Opening day is a money maker period! More infractions get made out on opening day than any other day of the year ask any CO and they will agree.
