Follow Mass laws but keep the Trout Parks the same. This will give the kids a chance. The trout parks are great for kids to see. Plus I remember the opening day hype when I was young and watching my 7 year old boy now go crazy for opening day was great. I think he thinks it is better then Chrismas!!!!!!
