I'm the opposite. I love winter sports and spend most of my winter free time bombing down the VT slopes on my snowboard. The only problem with VT is lack of salt/striper season. My retirement plan is two small houses, one in VT and the second.....to be determined. Maybe eastern CT shore, but would appreciate a tax reprieve. Is RI any better?
