I love it here in Connectciut. 1.5 hours from 2 great cities. Very diverse fishing opportunities. Close to all the action, but only a couple hour ride to get away from it all. Tons of money to be made in CT, you just have to get off your lazy *** and go get it. I think the deciding factor for most people is the money issue. Lets have a little finance lesson. Cost of living goes up, Income goes up. Cost of living goes down, Income goes down. Connecticut has high taxes, so what. If state taxes are causing havoc on your finances then no matter where you go to live you are gonna just scrape by. There is no magic place where cost of living is way down and income is high, unless you plan on buying a home out in the boonies and travel to an area of higher income.
